Review of insurance and reinsurance programs for compliance with specific terms and conditions established by the captive.
Review of applications for insurance, policy form, and endorsements provided by coverage counsel.
Assistance with pricing and rating of insured risks in accordance with granted authorization, established underwriting standards, guidelines, and filed rates.
Preparation of and execution of all policies and contracts of insurance, binders, endorsements, and certificates of insurance.
Maintenance of complete and accurate records and policy files for all policies issued by the captive
Issuance of cancellations and terminations.
Preparation of underwriting activity reports and information concerning the captive insurance program.
Provision of other administrative services including:
- Attending meetings
- Preparing statistical reports
- Acting as liaison between the captive, reinsurers, auditors, actuaries, and the domiciliary Captive Insurance Division
